Lefse is a Norwegian bread

made primarily from potatoes.

 

Norsland Lefse is created with all natural ingredients. with no preservatives, and can be served in a variety of ways.

 

Most commonly rolled up with butter and sugar.

 

Some folks substitute lefse for a tortilla in wraps and other dishes.
